You get full use of condo amenities while renting - pool, hot tub, billiards, movie room, community room, library, fitness center, grills, park. You also get one covered parking space in garage and plenty of guest parking. I am meticulously clean and neat, and so is this condo. Any problems you might have will be addressed immediately. Must be 25 or older to rent. This is my part-time home, so I expect it to be treated as such!
