A two bedroom, one bathroom mobile home on Lake 12 in Black Diamond. This house has plenty of lake front. The most important thing to note about this home is that water is pumped out of the lake and filtered but it is not okay to drink. You must bring in your own drinking water. There is a free water source down the road at the Green River Gorge bridge about 3 miles away. The water is okay to shower, wash dishes in, etc. There is a new washer and dryer included. This house would be great for a handy person who wants to work in the yard a bit and could fix small things that sometimes arise in an older place. Tenant pays electric, trash, and cable/internet.
