House rules: NO smoking or vaping of any kind. Any pet would be considered with an additional deposit of $250. The tenant is required to keep up the yard both front and back - mowing and yard maintenance equipment included. If the tenant does not wish to do any yard maintenance, there will be an additional $100../mo fee. A $1995. deposit, first months' rent as well as a signed rental agreement are required to confirm any rental.
