The large, upstairs master bedroom is 15' x 12' and has a large walk-in closet (not included in square footage) that connects to the shared master bathroom. There are also two large windows overlooking the backyard, giving the space lots of natural light. Rent is $1,200 + utilities*. The house is walking distance from Muni buses, the L-Taraval & Lakeshore Plaza. The upstairs has a full kitchen, dining nook, one and one-half baths, and a giant, inviting living room. The downstairs has two bedrooms, living room, a mini dining area, and full bathroom. Utilities (PG&E, water, internet) are between $60 - $80 per person per month and may fluctuate.No pets allowed. A little about us: The upstairs tenant is A, a 27 year-old preschool teacher. When she's not scrubbing marker off of her arms or eating stale Cheerios, she enjoys reading, exploring outdoors, live music, crafting, and trying out new recipes. A self-proclaimed goofball, she is constantly keeping things cheerful. The downstairs tenants are: J, a 26 year-old IT professional who enjoys working on his car and being outside, and M, a 24 year-old film student who loves board game nights with friends and beer tastings. We are fun, friendly, respectful, and clean. Board games, Netflix marathons, and silly conversations are not out of the ordinary. This house is very much a home and we are looking for young professionals who will enjoy living here as much as we do.
