This is a good deal because it's basically in one of the few remaining ideal beach neighborhoods with a neighborhood feel, not all Airbnb'd out for about what you'd pay for most any old non-descript apartment 15 blocks off the beach in PB. The 600 sq ft unit has a nice patio, a large outside back storage area, an in-unit laundry, and 2 parking spaces. All together, this is a rare find at this price this close to the beach. The patio is a decent sized west-facing patio on Mission Blvd (quiet street because it dead ends a few block further down). The enclosed back storage area is ideal for bikes, boards, and beach stuff. I've got extra bikes, eBikes, surfboards, paddleboards, and skateboards you can use. There's a washer and dryer in the unit and a decent kitchen. The location doesn't get much better. It's a block west to the surf and a block east to the bay, so pick your beach. All the South Mission sand volleyball courts are just a couple blocks and the basketball courts and jetty are just beyond that. There are ~200 public parking spots at the jetty. The Beachcomber, restaurants, and stores are 5 blocks up Mission Blvd. It's a ~2 mile beach cruiser ride up the boardwalk to the heart of PB and the PB pier. Looking for a chill, respectful, and fun roommate in their early 20s guy or girl, either works. No indoor smoking, no crazy drug habits, and no pets (landlord's rules love dogs, though).
