My home is located in Menifee Ca. Minutes away from the 215 Freeway, Hospitals, Restaurants, Retail/Grocery Stores and a walk/bike path 1/4 mile away. It's an awesome, quiet neighborhood. This is a three bedroom, two bathroom single story house. I'm renting the Master bedroom and one other room. This particular room is the Master Bedroom which has a King size bed, private bathroom, shower, bathtub and extra large walk in closet. Actually, the whole room is large. You will have access to the kitchen, common areas, parking spot on the driveway, Washer & dryer and the backyard if you want to relax or grill out. I currently live with my dog Chloe. She's a short haired Chihuahua mix who also respects personal space and schedules. Definitely not the typical type that barks at flies. This is a month to month lease. I may consider multiple months.
