I bought & have lived in this home since 2008. I have to move because of work which is why I'm renting it out. It has central air & heat, washer/dryer, frig., oven, alarm system, drive way parking, single room in backyard (good for storage or gym), & hard floors throughout. Dogs under 50 pounds are ok. $1000. Looking for 1 year lease & must have renters insurance. Garbage& alarm paid for. Great neighbors on both sides.
