If you enjoy the outdoors then T-h-i-s is the home for you! I honestly think that this is probably only the 2nd owner this property has had! It was an Estate Sale when this family bought it in 2006 & everyone that looked at it back them wanted to buy it & it was a TOTAL gut job with free CANNED deer meat in the basement! Deer meat is long gone & there is an addition, another 1.5 baths, a finished attic ( 3rd bedroom), & a 2 car attached garage, but it hasn't lost that "farm house" feel. But maybe it's the chickens & rooster that greets you? Or the fact that you can mosey on down to your own private stream & catch frogs or fish? I'm sure once you "come" you won't want to leave because t-h-e only thing that could tear this family away IS f-a-m-i-l-y & their whole family is moving to W.V. so it's time for the next generation to start making memories & I can assure you- you will!! Seller's have requested all offer be submitted by 5pm on Sunday (6/13)
