The Wyoming Treehouse is fiber-ready for internet/TV through Verizon up to 1Gigabyte and the resident is responsible for choosing internet/tv services and paying Verizon directly. PETS Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. MAINTENANCE Residents of The Wyoming Treehouse are responsible for lawn care and leaf removal. Snow removal of the walkway in front of the house is shared with the residents of Wyoming Woodlands.
