It's a really comfortable ranch style home, in an awesome neighborhood, and walking distance to flat iron hiking trails. It will come furnished with 1 king sized bed. The lease is up in July, but you will have the option to take it over and sign for longer at that point. My wife, son, and I need to move back to London for work and can no longer live in Boulder. Owner pays utilities. Solar panels so no electric bill :)
