Only a 30 minute drive to the Clay theater! ATTRACTIONS: This home is perfect for a yoga retreat or getaway! Most of the local hot spots are within a 5-30 minute drive. To name a few: This home is less than 3 minutes from Winn Dixie grocery store, Whitey's Fish Camp, Dreamette, G's BBQ, Grumpy's, Call Street Cafe, Spring Park Coffee, Present Tense Coffee and Books, Sweet Sensations. Just a 2 mile drive to the Old Ferry Boat Ramp, or a 9 mile drive to the Black Creek Marina and Boat Ramp. THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds and 1 Queen sofa bed in the living room. Plenty of off street parking for 4 cars. Washer and dryer. Kayaks, SUP, fishing gear (with signed waiver) for fun in the sun! OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway for 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited. LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washers and dryers off of the dining room. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience. SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Cancellation Policy Firm: A full 100% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel your booking at least 60 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your check-in you will receive a 50% refund (minus the service fee). No refund will be issued if you cancel within 30 days of your check-in.
