Platinum Waitlist - While no Silver style homes are currently available, we do offer a waitlist for future availability. To be added to the waitlist, an application must be submitted along with all applicable application fees. Once your application is complete, it will be held pending availability within the move-in date range you provide. If a Platinum style home becomes available during your selected timeframe, your application will be assigned to that home and our team will contact you to begin the formal application processing. At that time, we will collect required documentation such as pay stubs, proof of identity, and add any additional applicants if needed. If no home becomes available within your requested move-in timeframe, all waitlist-related payments will be fully refunded. Please note that once a home is offered and assigned to you, any cancellation or withdrawal from the process will result in forfeiture of all paid fees.
