Pets are welcome, also for an additional charge: cats = $40/mo; dogs under 40 lbs = $50/mo; and dogs over 40 lbs = $75/mo. To reserve an apartment, we require a $1,000.00 deposit which will be applied towards your move-in costs of first month's rent and security deposit. The security deposit is $1,000 for well-qualified applicants or a full month's rent for applicants approved with conditions. We require a credit, criminal & background check for all applicants. We are 65% full and only taking QUALIFIED applicants, so please email me a little bit about yourself and your situation and we can schedule a tour. Saturdays typically book a week in advance and Monday through Friday we only show from 12-5.
