This is one of the best apartment complexes in Groton, CT and the unit is on 2nd floor facing south. There is washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave and dish washer in the unit. The complex has plenty of off street parking as well as a gym and pool. I am willing to cover up to $200/month (my regular rent is $900/month, so you pay $700/month).
