Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home will be available October 1st. It is the back house of a duplex. The two homes do not have any shared walls; they are connected only by a section of the roof. The home is located on a neighborly, tree-lined street. ** We will not be doing tours. If you'd like to see the house, please come to the open house on Saturday, September 17th from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Amenities include the following: -- spacious living room and kitchen -- central AC and heat -- washer and dryer -- refrigerator / dishwasher / disposal -- private backyard -- 3 off-street parking spots (plenty of on-street parking; a permit is not needed) As mentioned above, we'll be having an open house on Saturday, September 17th from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. A credit report is required as part of the application for each applicant. The applicants must also meet income guidelines. The security deposit is $3000, and we would like a 1 year lease.
