Beautiful rental with a large backyard, lots of grass/tress, basketball/bbq area, Whirlpool appliances, granite counter-tops, and two-tone paint. This house is basically a duplex (multi-family home) so you rent the side/back half. There is no access inside of the house so we are completely separate from each other. I (landlord) do live in the front half with my husband and brother. I will do the yard work. The only time you will really see us is if we are either doing yard work or leaving! It is located in an older neighborhood but the neighbors are all friendly, and quiet! (: This is a great location in S.F. because it is close to just about everything! This house was built in 1943 but it has been built on 3 times; last time was 2010. The yard is being repaired but is looking better every day! We do have a shop/trailer, and some other things in the backyard that will be removed by winter. Also located in an amazing school district with awesome schools! School District: Nebo Elementary: Park Jr. High: Diamond Fork High School: Spanish Fork Tenant is responsible for all of their own utilities. Landlord will do all yard work. Dogs allowed but they must be quiet, house trained, & you must clean up after them. $50/per pet a month
