Updated kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and half fridge. Comes with a closet for storage. The building itself is updated and well maintained. The landlord is awesome. the building stays clean since they mop/sweep every Monday morning. Laundry on site. There is a place for you to lock up your bikes in the back. You can't get in the building without a FOB. Super secure. I've never had to worry about losing a package here. You can even let people in the building when you're not home (using an app). Building is also pet friendly. You'll have access to the roof that gives you 360 views of San Francisco. You can see Salesforce, the ball park, all the way to twin peaks. Gorgeous rooftop that hardly anyone uses lol. Street parking is usually available, but you'll need to get a permit once you sign the lease (or just check if your car has been chalked every 2 hours). It's 2 hr parking from 9-5, but the meter people don't usually come around til 1ish. That black box on the wall is actually an electric fireplace. Super cool addition in the colder months. The building comes with Google High speed wifi, all you'll need is a router. This place is close to everything. 10 minute walk from the mall, trader joes, AMC metreon, MOMA, etc. Only 15 min walk from Salesforce, Union Square, etc. I need someone to take over the lease starting 10/1, so please only inquire if you're serious.
