Im currently in the process of getting ready to sale this older mobile home. Originally 3 bedroom, 2 small 1 bigger. The 2 small rooms were previously adjoined when I purchased this home in 2016. The good: Lot rent is only $300.00/month includes/ sewer, water, & garbage. Location is great! Just a short walk to school or the C-store. Small play ground in the park. Good neighbors. Shed behind house. Wired for wireless internet & satellite. I put in a new floor & insulated the water heater cubby, resealed connections. Comes with insulating board to put up around skirting, works amazing to help prevent freezing. Dishwasher works. Comes with older but new, never used stainless dishwasher. Gas water heater. The not so bad: The roof needs resealed. Bathroom needs redone (IMO) Needs new carpet but will be shampooed before I move out, if I dont put new in myself.
