Our Campus Walk community is in a great location: we are just a short walk to Duke's West Campus and are on the Duke bus and the City's Data Bus routes. Grocery stores, dining and shopping are nearby. Each apartment includes Central AC/Heat, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. It also has a great personal balcony space. Rent includes trash pick-up and parking, with a large parking lot attached to the complex. You can submit an application on our website to join our waitlist for summer 2021. We expect apartments to become available in early June and through July and August. We will begin hearing from tenants soon if they intend to vacate or renew their lease. Joining our waitlist gives you the opportunity to be first in line for properties that will come available. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and the application fee is $50 per adult. Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable one time fee of $100 per pet and an additional monthly fee of $10 per pet, maximum 2 pets. We look forward to working with you!
