Originally from New Jersey, George and his late wife, Alice, proprietors of Antique Fair in Yountville for 35 years, imported French antiques and relished their European travels. George founded Festival of Lights, held in Yountville each holiday season, the famed Napa Valley Mustard Festival, held from January through March, for 16 years. The celebration featured food, wine, art and entertainment, drawing an International audience to Napa Valley during the winter months. He was instrumental in pushing through a measure to fund a mammoth flood control project that now prevents flooding in Downtown Napa and other areas affected by the Napa River during heavy rains. George is a trumpet player and surrounds himself with fellow musicians, artists, longtime friends, and family. George's Napa Valley Studio is a private, self-contained studio apartment within a house. It features a private driveway, covered parking, a small, furnished patio, a king bed, comfy leather sofa and chairs, kitchenette, bathroom, walk-in closet with washer dryer combination. A cleaning fee of $250 is charged for exit cleaning. For stays of multiple months additional cleaning can be arranged. Minimum 31 days stays, with stays of up to one year are available.
