Room for rent in Covid free apartment The room is located in a private, quiet coop building. The room is furnished, it includes a full size bed, tv-stand/dresser, an a/c, and a spacious built-in closet. The size of the room is 10 1/2 feet wide and 11 1/2 feet in length. It's a decent size room for nyc. The room has also been recently painted. Your rent would include ALL utilities which are cable, internet, and electricity. During the winter the heat in the building is great !! The apartment is one block away from the #2 train, Allerton train stop. It's less than a 45 minute commute into midtown. We get plenty of sun light and have a great view when the sun sets. The apartment is located on the top floor so we are blessed with no worries of people making noise above us. It's an elevator building with a laundry room in the basement. The building in general is quiet because it is a private cooperative building. If you drive parking is a breeze around here, even later into the night. My work schedule fluctuates and sometimes I get home past 9pm and can still find parking rather easily. The apartment has been recently renovated, so it's in great shape. I am looking for someone CLEAN and responsible, that will ensure it remains in great shape. The neighborhood has many things conveniently close. We have a supermarket , cvs, Mexican restaurant, Dominican restaurant, 3 different banks, deli, chinese restaurant, subways restaurant, pizza shop, cleaners, liquor store, Kentucky fried chicken, Golden Krust, and much more all in 2 block radius. A little about me : I'm a single 32 years old working professional and have zero drama in my life. I am very respectful to people's feelings. I keep the apartment clean and organized. I am responsible, courteous, and considerate. I do have a super friendly black cat, he does not shed much and he's for the most part a loner but he does not mind getting pet. I have a no smoking policy in the apartment. I own a friendly cat that doesn't shed much and keeps to himself mostly. I rather not have any more pets in the apartment.
