We are quiet and respectful, and are looking for a professional or student with the same lifestyle. This is not a party house. We are within walking distance of a Safeway and the Star Lake Link light rail station, and less than a 5-minute drive from Redondo Beach. Highline College is about 6 minutes away, and it's only 15 minutes to SeaTac Airport (also good bus & light rail access). Several area medical centers are close by (West Hill, Franciscan, Kaiser Permanente, Virginia Mason, Pacific, etc.). Great access to I-5 and highway 99. This is an excellent location for anyone working in Seattle, Tacoma, or the Kent Valley. Occupancy limited to 1-2 people. Sorry, no animals allowed.
