This is a lovely mobile home. Unfortunately it is too much home for one person. The only thing about buying this home is you would have to move it off the property it currently sits on. This is my parents property but the home is one I am paying for currently with 21st mortgage. We. can either reach an agreement for you to move the home where ever you would like with your own loan or we can try and set up a loan take over. For any questions, please feel free to text me.
