It is a cozy room in a big house. The room has natural sunlight in the morning and the house has Mountain Views and ocean views. It is a very quiet and safe environment. Big kitchen and 2 big living rooms and 2 big dinning rooms. Only thing is you might share your bathroom with another 2 people. But the bathroom is big and skylight. And one of the people do the night shifts. So you don't see him. We are only looking for one person in the room. So no couple, or pets allowed. Visitors are welcome but sleeping over only allowed 2 days a week. Utility is not included and if you like here, we need your 3 months paystubs or offer letter or w2 Tex return to see if you are able to pay the place.
