6 month Rental for the spring, summer and fall. This spot down in West Vail / Intermountain is a piece of paradise in the summer. We rent it every year to locals starting at the end of the season and take it back in October /November. We are flexible on timing but would like to rent for approx. 6 months. You can hear the creek flowing from the balcony. Fully furnished unit with Big screen TV. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant responsible for Electric and cable TV.
