My roommate and I need to get out of our lease for the current apartment we are living in. We found a new place to live, closer to where we work, and need to be out of here by August 1st. If not we will be paying two rents at once, and that is just not the best option for us for obvious reasons. The apartments are very dog friendly, and offers a wide variety of amenities including on site laundry, a pool, clubhouse, and dog park. As well there is AC for those hot days, and parking on site as well. Please serious offers only, we are a nice pair of young adults and seek a speedy and respectful encounter. Utilities added to rent by apartment complex, and electric and internet are paid on your own.
