We're on the third floor of a 2-unit apartment building, very close to shops on Union, and walking distance to Chestnut, Polk, and Fillmore as well. Looking for someone in their mid 20-30s who's mature and easy to get along with, thoughtful and respectful of other people's spaces, & clean/tidy in common-room areas. 1 year lease; utilities not included.
