I have an updated 2bed condo in the Echo Valley neighborhood in Farmington Hills at Orchard Lake and i-696. It is currently occupied but will be empty by Feb 1st. Looking for a young working professional who does not smoke, drink, party, or have girlfriends. This is a quiet working neighborhood so looking for a quiet, clean individual who will keep the place clean. I will personally run credit and background checks as well as employment verification. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. Rent includes water and gas and you would be responsible for electric, cable/internet bill. No pets allowed. You will get 1 covered parking spot in the back of the building. There are additional free parking spots in front of the building on a first-come-first-serve basis.
