Beautiful countryside views with no road noise or nearby neighbors. The area is very quiet with friendly people living on the surrounding properties. You have a view of the lake across the road, and no disturbances due to the privacy fencing that surrounds the yard. I truly can not explain the peacefulness of this property. We have completely updated all the plumbing, replaced the water heater, and done numerous updates on the home itself. The roof and Central air unit are both newer and the furnace has had newer internal parts in 2019. The kitchen does need some work, as we were in the middle of a remodel when COVID hit. Our estimate on the home was much more, but due to the kitchen remodel being unfinished (just missing a few cabinets) we are asking less. We hope that the new owners, love this home and property as much as we have. (The wooden walkway leading to the porch no longer exists)
