Brand new double-pane energy efficient windows have been installed. The entire kitchen was gutted and is entirely new. New tile, new cabinets, countertops, all new appliances. The air-conditioner was replaced about 2 years ago. The backyard was cleared out all the way to the creek (back of the lot) and fenced in with black chain-link.
