Everyone wants the ground floor condo and this one is it!!! Another wonderful thing about this 2 bedroom 1 and half bath condo is that it is a very small condo association. There are only 4 buildings so it is very quiet and peaceful. Most of the time you have the association pool to yourself. The view out the slider is gorgeous so make sure you check out the pictures. All this condo really needs is paint and carpet. Association dues of $215 include heat. Cats allowed no dogs. Short Sale BPO done. We were close to end when buyer walked--should be short process.
