You also have a patio off the backside to enjoy the surrounding landscape. Easy, free parking on the street. 25 stairs to climb to enter the guesthouse. No smoking allowed. House is available Thursday afternoon through Tuesday morning February through April. 30 nights minimum. Rent is based upon nightly rate and nights you stay in Santa Cruz. Think of it as an Airbnb without the fees. Utilities not included. Cleaning fee charged weekly.
