We include electric, gas, water, sewer and trash removal in the rental price. Residents pay for cable tv/internet. Walking distance to Vinoy Park, The St. Petersburg Pier, many restaurants and shops. Six month lease minimum. Application fees are $29.95 per adult. Applications are provided at a tour. Due to COVID-19, Each application is reviewed on an individual basis. While credit is a factor, generally a higher deposit is requested if the credit is lower than 650. This higher amount can also be met using the deposit insurance option (see below). Scores below 500 are not often approved. It is likely that if you have a criminal record that includes harm to persons or property, you would not be approved. It is also likely that if you have a previous eviction with an outstanding balance you would not be approved. Equal Opportunity Housing. The standard deposit is one month's rent. For lower credit scores additional deposits may be required. We also offer a $0 deposit option for any credit score. The average cost is $10-$30 a month. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold an apartment until a deposit is paid or a RHINO policy is purchased.
