Appliances include: stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Apartment has an in-wall A/C unit. Washer & Dryer are coin operated and located in the upper foyer area. We have two lower units available on June 15th and July 1st, 2022, and one upper level unit available July 19th, 2022. Each adult will need to complete an application and be approved before we will line up any showings. There is NO application fee. Rent includes gas (heat), water, sewer, garbage (shared cart with upstairs neighbor), lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater). Tenants are responsible for the electricity; phone, internet, and/or cable (If you want those services), and responsible for salting/sanding own driveway/sidewalk in the winter (if you want that done as well). Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. We do not allow pets or smoking in our Cambridge I division. The security deposit is $965.00 and due at the time of the lease signing. Our leases are for one year (12 months) with a 60-day written notice to vacate. After one year, the lease moves to a 60-day-to-60-day tenancy.
