This house is not far from the college campus 3 minutes off campus. Nice inside would make someone a nice lodging place. Renter pays for utilities. No smoking in the home. Small pets allowed with a pet deposit. Must be open to monthly inspections I'm very easy to deal with just want to insure that the home is being taken care of properly. Preferably just two cars under the car port.
