As of 2013, prices of the homes range from $280,000 to $1,500,000. The property was once a ranch named Pambi Farms which raised Thoroughbred race horses and various cattle. In honor of the heritage of the property, the streets were named after famous horse racing tracks and events in the United States. This is also the reason the country club was named Rose's Run Country Club. There are a number of small lakes with fountains throughout the developement. All streets, sidewalks and golf cart paths are poured concrete. The elevated property overlooks the Cuyahoga River. Pambi Farms Estates has direct access to the 33.5 mile Summit County MetroParks Hike and Bike Trail which parallels the Cuyahoga River.
