Surrounding neighbors are academics and professionals, many with young kids in school just down the street at Patwin Elementary - one of the 10 best elementary schools within a 100 mile radius (yes we dug into the data). Immediate next door neighbor is a single person and a programmer and remarkably quiet... when he is home :-).
