This condo complex is one of the few dog friendly complexes around without having to go into Chicago. Almost everyone here has a dog ranging from a maltese to a golden retriever. Everyone here is extremely friendly and there is a golf course two blocks east heading towards the lake that we can take our dogs to for playtime off leash. Or, you can gold there in the summer/spring! It is a quiet neighborhood, since we are surrounded by 700,000 dollar Wilmette mansions. The houses next to us market for about 1,000,000 dollars!! There are lots of old trees here lining the streets and we are located next to Northwestern's football field which is very exciting during football season. (If you are not a big 10 fan, don't come here!). You have an assigned parking spot, so parking is never an issue, and there is a ton of street parking since we are a residential area (did I mention the mansions!). Most people in this area are professionals and there aren't too many people here with kids in the complex.
