The combination living room and kitchen boasts the original wood floor and fireplace with plenty of windows to enjoy the surroundings. The master bedroom includes a large full bathroom with a full-sized washer and dryer and a door that leads to the back deck and outdoor fire pit. Enjoy coffee on the front porch while watching the ranch horses come in for the day. In the evening, the back deck allows for wildlife viewing and access to the national forest trail. This cabin is located on a local guest ranch. Summers are busy with horseback riding and overnight lodging. The facility includes a pool which is not open currently due to maintenance needs. Renter pays utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer and trash allotment). Pets require prior approval, a pet deposit and a monthly fee added to the rent. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or near windows which may allow smoke to enter the home. 2 parking spots in front of the cabin are included. There is no garage. Rental rate is based on an 18 month lease of Feb. 2023 thru April or May, 2024.
