There is a $35 cost with an application for a background check. This is a Bexley home and is located across the street from the Bexley Police Station, and three blocks from the police station. This is what I call a credit rent. It starts at $1550 a month, but after six months when the home is inspected rent can decrease to $1500 a month. Rent is decreased ONLY for excellent tenants (take fine care of the house like it is your own, and pays rent on time all the time). If at the one year inspection the home continues to be kept in great shape rent will decrease to $1450 a month. I am looking for those that have respect for others belonging, and I am willing to reward those that do so. Pet permitted at a cost of $35 per month. Pets will most likely make it more difficult to keep the property in excellent shape. You will be responsible for gas, electric, water, and sewage. We will maintain the lawn and landscape. Requirements are that your yearly income must be four times the cost of rent or over $60,000 per year. If two people sign you can combine your income. If you have an eviction in the past three years you are not eligible to rent. When you are to move in you must make a deposit equivalent to one month's rent and payment for the first month ($3200.00).
