Guests are responsible for restocking amenities during their stay. The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety and security, and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. Garage not available as it is converted into a game room. This property is not pet-friendly. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house or patio/pool area.
