Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom townhouse in Arlington, available starting August 23rd. Rent is $1,200/month, plus utilities, which we'd split evenly with would likely come out to $150 each. Laundry in the basement and there will be one parking spot available. The house is walking distance to the Red Line. There is also a small backyard. A little about me: I'm a big sports fan and enjoy staying active currently training for a marathon. I'm not much of a partier and prefer a quieter, respectful living environment. I keep things clean and would love to live with someone who shares similar habits and maybe even an interest in sports.
