The complex has keyless locks on the front and back security gates, motion-sensor lighting throughout and a security door on the front door. Each bungalow has its own private outdoor area, private bbqs, and their own trash and recycling bin. There is a community compost bin. The compost is used in the gardens around the property. There are lush palms and succulents, well maintained by management. Location is great with easy access to the freeway, Coronado Bridge, Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park. We pay water, trash, internet, and TV programs such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon programs. No need to establish utilities--we will bill separately for your usage.
