The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size brand new bed, nightstand, a desk and a chair. The common area features an open floor design with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, as well as furnished living and dining rooms. The condo is 2.5 miles from the University of Michigan hospital, and is within walking distance to 2 large parks. The owner of the condo lives in one of the floors and is a resident physician at the University of Michigan. The condo will be cleaned by professional staff once a month. Minimum lease term of 3 months. No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo. Weapons are strictly prohibited in the condo. A quiet period as well as social gatherings will be agreed upon among roommates
