A single large garage door has multiple remotes and wall controls. The community pool and furniture is open from the end of April to the beginning of October. Dog stations are throughout the community. Two large parks are blocks away. MARTA is 1 mile away. Close to Buford Highway markets and restaurants. The public parking is by the pool. Usually there is plenty of space for guests and other spaces on assigned streets. There is no smoking on the premises. None. Vaping is allowed outside only, BBQ and gas outside kitchen cooktops are permitted.
