I'm looking for a compatible tenant to rent a private back bedroom with two closets and a private back entrance if desired, and your own 3/4 bathroom. Use of the communal spaces including the middle "office" that leads to the back yard, use of the backyard, and use of the laundry facilities. Rent also includes a private tree-covered parking spot near the back door, utilities and super fast internet. Only hard rule - non-smoker/vaper. I'm looking for at least a 6 month lease, with month to month after that based on compatibility.
