Owner pays for water and we are including internet. Renter pays for gas and electric, but gas is not too bad because the house is insulated on two sides. Note: Part of the house is a separate apartment downstairs that is not in the pictures or the floor plan that we will continue to use. The laundry room will need to be used for that purpose, but that is the only somewhat shared space. There is a lock on the door going down to the laundry for privacy
