I'm renting my fully furnished 2/2 in the mission in a very cool neighborhood, everything you need is literally available on your street, but unlikely you will stay there given the neighborhood and everything is has to offer. The unit is the lower unit of a 2 unit building, you will have access to the full furnished backyard. Two bedrooms, one a full size bedroom with a queen sized bed with comfy linens and pillows. The other room has two bunk beds. Two full bathrooms. Please note the 2nd bedroom is long and narrow, the widest bed that will fit is a twin which is what is there. I am open to removing one of the bunks but will prioritize applications that don't want any changes to the setup. Free Washer/Dryer and high speed internet access included, utilities to be shared with upstairs tenants based on occupancy. No crypto mining allowed :(. Lots of storage in the unit, all the appliances you might need including dishwasher and disposal. Also includes a fully furnished kitchen with dishes/applicanes/silverware, etc. Everything you might need as well as towels, linens, etc. Just bring your suitcase, your home awaits! Utilities to be split with tenants upstairs based on occupancy.
