This home is 2 levels, both have open floor plans. The home is very private with great views and within 6 miles of Sandpoint. We do require 4 wheel drive. This is a perfect home for a couple or one person that doesn't mind the snow and sometimes a challenging drive way. The drive way is plowed by a long time local for a small fee. If you are a quite person and enjoys nature this is a wonderful place. We are wanting long term tenants to apply.
