Unlike many houseboats that are crammed together with little actual water view, the back of our houseboat looks out onto open water space and has direct access to Lake Union. Front of house has small open water space in front. Direct access to Lake Union with a boat slip large enough for a ~21' boat (owner approval necessary). Appliances include a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and wood stove (houseboat has electric heat as well). Our house is just across the bridge from Fremont, on a super friendly dock. Parking permit with houseboat rental in front of dock. Within minutes, you will be at Fred Hutch, Zymogenetics, and downtown Seattle. Swim and boat right off your deck. Quiet and friendly neighbors, would like the same out of tenants. We have enjoyed the many years we lived on the houseboat-- our dock has the friendliest nicest sweetest people you will ever meet.
